Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from The Legacy Non-Profit Bridge™. A signed proposal or service agreement may contain more specific terms; when it does, those terms control.
Advisory and custom services
If you cancel before work begins, payments are refundable less nonrecoverable processing or approved third-party costs. After work begins, completed milestones, time already worked, delivered or approved custom work, and committed expenses are nonrefundable. Any unearned balance will be returned. Grant research and advisory services do not guarantee funding or approval.
Digital products and templates
Downloaded or delivered digital products are nonrefundable except when materially defective or not the item ordered. Report a delivery problem within 14 days so we can repair, replace, or, when those remedies are not reasonable, refund the affected item.
Billing errors
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge within 14 days. Verified erroneous charges will be returned to the original payment method. This does not limit rights under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Email info@legacynonprofitbridge.com with the account email, invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason. Do not email card or banking details.
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
